does phototropism stress the plant?
I was told that phototropism (bending toward the light) causes a plant stress and that I shouldn't rotate the plant to keep it straightened, if possible.
From what I gather, we're simply talking about cells on one side growing more/longer than the other side in order to bend.
Is this actually a problem for the plant though? If so, now much are we talking about? 1% problem or "will always cause problems flowering" kinds of trouble?
Thanks
