Is it a Miltoniopsis? These don’t like to get as dry as yours looks. Alternating wet and bone dry can kill new growths and pseudobulbs in these. Water when the substrate is damp/approaching dryness and try not to let it dry completely. It may also appreciate repotting into new media if you’ve had it two years. I’ve found them a bit temperamental root wise so I try to disturb them as little as possible: I rinse the root mass to dislodge any loose media but leave whatever clings alone.
