The base of some of the air roots on the left still looks good. I think at this point trying the chemical treatments recommended be Southpark may increase the odds. Also making sure it is warm will be important. Some just aren’t “savable” once rot sets in, but it never hurts to try. If there is some stem tissue that survives, it can throw a new side grown even if the leaves are lost.
