Damage to phal. stem, salvagable?
Picked up a clearance orchid with significant damage to the stem and leaves. Would this inhibit new growth & should I cut the damaged part?

Don't cut unless it develops signs of infection (soft, smelly, spreading). It likely will be fine... the crown looks OK. The leaf just broke. Not a big deal.
