I took up a hobby, for the pandemic,
With hope it would keep me from being a wreck.
“Grow Orchids” I thought.
Yeah, that’s the ticket!
That will sure keep me, from becoming an idiot.
First three…then twenty…plus fifty,
With this plan in place, I felt pretty nifty.
By now we’ve got ninety, we’re under attack!
My wife says ‘it’s better, than me smoking crack’.
We’ve run out of room, both inside and out.
I thought more would die, yes I had great doubt.
But plants are all healthy, and up to our knees.
And where will they all go, come the first freeze?
