Cool, Intermediate, Warm, Hot growers?

Stevie, I think you can easily grow hot and warm growers - the terms as you can see are just rough estimates and everyone uses slightly different terms anyway!, hybrids can tolerate more change than species so if you look for some nice hot growing hybrids they will certainly do well at yours.

I have also listed Neofinetia Falcata under my hot to cool growers but I have seen plenty grow it in a living room at a constant 70F so some are far more adaptable than others.

I know that makes it harder to decide which will do well but my point is don't dismiss any if you really like them and see what others have gotten away with, the minimum night time temp is the most important, if you can't provide the hot day time temps it will still do fine as long as none of them go below the minimum night temp they can handle (ie 16C for hot, 13C for warm and 10C for cool)

Personally, I view your conditions more as intermediate-to-warm. To me, cool growers would be more likely to prefer nighttime lows in the low 50’s, and hot growers, like Phal. bellina, would prefer much warmer days, and nights above 70.

As was stated, you can use heat mats to extend your range a bit.
