Default Lycaste macrophylla alba bulb growth

Greetings,

So I recently bought two separate 4 bulb divisions of L. macrophylla. One of them started to flower, root, and put out two new growths. The other has done nothing for 2 months now. The bulbs are green, have not deflated, and leaves remain on two bulbs. How long might it take to start growing? They both get the same treatment.

They will be confused as to season for a few years. According to IOSPE it comes from a wet forest so if you keep watering they will eventually figure it out.
