My intergenic oncidium hybrid has a wrinkled main bulb. It was plump when I got it. I know that’s because of dehydration. I’ve read that the root ball should not dry out in between watering, but I don’t want to overwater it. I watered it 7 days after the first watering but I guess that was too delayed. When do you water your intergenic oncidium hybrid?

They shouldn't ever dry out. If the temperatures are warm and humidity low they should stay fairly wet. How often to water depends on temperature and humidity. I would say somewhere in the range of every 1-4 days.

Yeah- Your underwatering. I'll refer you to a new thread about watering- tons of good tips but there is no set watering schedule. Pay attention to your orchid. Things to consider are: Light, temperture, wind, inside vs outside. Whether its actively growing or if its resting. But read through that thread
