Lepanthes v Lepanthopsis

Hi All

I'm new to the forum and relatively new to miniature orchids and I have been after a Lepanthopsis astrophora for a while but can't seem to find one anywhere in the UK.

Someone has a mini listed for sale on another site as a "Lepanthes astrophora". I think this a genus error on the seller's part as I can't see that this plant exists (I've asked the question but they haven't replied). Please could someone let me know if this is a whole different species or not?

The plant isn't flowering so I can't compare the flowers to a true L. astrophora - it's just some little green leaves (which could be just what I'm after)!

You are correct. It is an error in the generic name - lepanthopsis is correct.
