Default New squatter in my orchid pots

I have spotted a new squatter in my orchid pot hopefully you can see it, I thought it was so cute! I tied to catch its mommy to throw it outside my screened patio because I thought that it would die inside but clearly it’s doing fine. (I failed to catch her because I was afraid I would squish it - it was also tiny). They don’t seem to do any harm to the plant. Am I missing something? Should I try to evict them? And if so, how do I do it without harming them?

Wonderful! Thank you! I guess they can become permanent residents then. I never saw such a tiny frog either. It got scared when I poured water in the pot and jumped on the edge or I would not have seen it in the bark

Very cute! Do you think it eats fungus gnats?

I have several tree frogs that live with my orchids. And also I'm known to catch them outside and release into the orchids. They like living with them, but during mating season it can get rather noisy.
