To rebloom phals, am I missing anything?

Hi, everyone. I am really hoping to finally conquer the rebloom. I've never done it before. I am going to put as much info as I can, so please bare with me.
I have 4 NoID Phalaenopsis.

However:
Two are mini's that only have 3 leaves, and each only produced one new leaf this year, should I encourage them to bloom? Or just let them do their thing?

Light:
They are all under an LED, sunblaster. I dont have a light meter, so the best I have is my phone (i know its not great), the average lux 2800/250foot candles. I had originally placed them around 1500 when I first got the light in January but was told with LEDs it should be half or third of that. Their leaves might be a bit darker than they should be? Light is on 10 hours a day. Should this be more or less?

Watering:
Water soak for 15 minutes once a week. Misted with water, in-between to avoid to much drying out of top sphagnum moss.

Humidity:
Winter time they have a humidifier close to them that runs 24/7, keeps them around 45%. So far this summer, air humidity hadn't dropped below 50% (Eastern Canada).

Medium:
Bark and sphagnum moss.

Fertilized:
Bi-weekly, half strength. 15-5-5.

This summer they have all grown lots of new roots. The minis grew one new leaf each and the regular ones grew 2 new leaves each.

What do I do now? Change fertilizer? Something for blooming? Should I put them outside at night, to get the temperature shifting for them? Will just putting them out at night shock them somehow?

Give it a 10F to 15F temperature drop for three or four weeks.

Sounds like they are getting great care and there's no reason for them to not bloom coming season. With your climate, the natural cooling down which will occur as summer draws to a close should be enough to induce spikes, even indoors. Expect to see spikes somewhere between mid september and December, not all plants react the same.

I fertilize as normal. Different Phals have different thresholds to rebloom. The cool down is key. If they still don’t bloom, despite cooling, increasing light levels has worked for me.

Light sounds very good - I have found that duration is important, and you're giving them sufficient hours per day. I think that at this point, all you need is patience... most will spike only once a year. Many of the hybrids will do it in the winter. There are others bred for summer. (The commercial growers have this down to a science... especially temperature triggering... since the plant that blooms the week before Christmas or Mother's Day is worth a lot more than the one that blooms the week after) But for a hobbyist, just enjoy whenever the plants decide to do it.
