Wilted Mini-Phalaenopsis, Any Hope?

I did something similar last year. Mine perked back up quite a bit overtime. I lost the open flowers but the smaller buds ended up making it. I tend to leave spikes on struggling plants: I haven’t had a Phal bloom itself to death and it’s a source of resources the plant can re-allocate or a life boat if it ends up wanting to produce a keiki.
