Default Odd leaf growth

Hi, an orchid that i “rescued”- it’s leaves are still limp despite watering- is growing a new leaf much weirder than expected, Does it mean anything bad? or is it just how the usual first leaf comes after a giant setback.

That particular leaf was stunted in it's growth early on, but appears to be doing well now. The pigmentation is just a response to light level.

Keep doing what you're doing! Well done.
