Looking at the tag, that is Zygonisia Skywalker.

Be VERY careful watering it when growing in sphagnum, as the roots are quite sensitive to suffocation and rot.

That moss looks to be pretty old. When using sphagnum, I find it best to repot every 6 months and try to water from the bottom only.
