Default Help with my orchid

Hi I’m new to looking after orchids. It’s starting to rebloom but can anyone give me advice on what it wrong with the leaves. Any advice or help is appreciated

It looks desiccated.

Often that is due to the inability of a compromised root system to take up sufficient water, but judging by the visible roots in that second photo, I'd guess it's just very underwatered.

Your phal looks very dehydrated. Have you repotted recently? If not it could be helpful to look in the pot for rotting roots that no longer absorb water and nutrients. If the roots are fine then I would recommend watering your orchid more often.

Totally agree with everybody here. And definitely agree that from that particular photo, not enough watering.

Make sure to know that dry bark repels water. Very dry bark takes some amount of water soaking before water can get into it. So if watering very bark - the water could simply just slip off the surface and the orchid roots can dry right up....and the leaves will dry up.

But ---- at the same time, make sure to avoid making the media overly wet all or most of the time.
