Hi all,
I reached out to SBOE and asked about a certain Cattleya that I've had trouble finding. Excitingly, they have one they can offer me,
but it has a few spots, and I'm looking for advice on that before I spend a good bit of money on it. Images embedded here.
They said
it tested negative for CymMV/ORSV and the spots are likely just because the plant is kept in a glass greenhouse where the
temperature can get into the 30s in the winter. The flower looks clean, besides
a couple of brown patches on the edges.
Do these spots look viral or something less worrisome?
