A member of the oncidium tribe and apparently a "climber." Little yellow flowers could suggest something like Sweet Sugar.

I agree with the advice given, but would caution against dividing it at this point. The pseudobulbs look a bit wrinkly which usually means the roots aren’t in great shape. It’ll likely take a bit of time and energy for the plant to adapt to new conditions and grow some better roots. I think the plant will be better able to meet these challenges intact. Once it’s settled in, there will be plenty of time to divide / make backups.
