No opinion on ID but with tagged Phalaenopsis I’ve found at box stores, not every plant is tagged. There might be half a dozen identical plants and if I’m lucky one will be tagged. I’ve seen the pot trays that greenhouses keep them in and I wonder if just one plant in the tray is tagged and if you’re lucky that one makes it to your store? With the Phalaenopsis, I’m comfortable assigning the tagged plant’s designation to the rest of the identical plants.
