I have a huge open room, LR, DR. kitchen, adobe house in NM, high beams with 2 level roof high windows and lots of room windows on east and south.

Great for orchids except for humidity. I bought a $60 6L Amazon top fill TBI pro that worked for one day. I have researched. leveled table where it sits, on machine is a control on and off humidity, water level, timer. Checked the float and filter but alas=== It still wont work

it is made in hong kong, almost no instructions sent with and on web site manual, reviewed all the Amazon reviews of TBI PRO and still wont work. Help oh yes, I have well water.

I would first either use a different power point or try another electrical item in that power point just to check its not the power point that has failed.
If its not the power point then I would contact the seller to advise them what happened and what you have tried and await their response.
Hope it gets sorted out for you.

I'd box it up and send it back to Amazon.

This WW and Ray, was my decision this morning. I hate to buy a product that has inadequate instructions, So back it is going. To keep my humidity up, I moved all my orchids to the bathroom counter top, with mirror reflection of all light, a great fan and small humidifier, and all but three of my 20+ orchids are growing new leaves. Even a couple of the bloomers. And a there are a few growing two tiny leaves at the same time. a joyful surprise that feels like

Are you using well water in the humidifier? That’s shouldn’t have caused any problems in one day of use (and I definitely would have sent it back), but that can really wreck the machine over time.

Thanks SaraJean, I have label printed out and ready to take to UPS. And I do have well water, but will use distilled next time. I clean my others with vinegar every month, after hand cleaning the water container.

Anyone else have an Amazon product with 6 L's they can recommend? I will need one when I move my orchids back to communal area as soon as it is warm.
