First, Welcome!
The tall one with buds I'm not sure about - if has pseudubulbs, they're small, maybe a Cymbidium but could be something else. Once it blooms, we'll know. (and be better able to address culture) I think most of the rest are Dendrobiums, The pink one is Dendrobium kingianum or a hybrid of it. These are all tough as nails. You will have ugly leaves until they drop (which they eventually will) but no permanent harm done. The one that is climbing out of the pot definitely needs a repot. The ones that have been growing outside can continue to do so... if you go below freezing in the winter you may need to find a protected spot for those (like next to the house), but if they grew outside in your area, no worries at all. So these are definitely a more durable bunch than your Phals that to need to be kept at "people temperature" at night. If you have room to bring them in they will no doubt be OK, but actually you are likely to get better blooming if they get chilled in the fall and into the winter. Also, Dendrobiums like these tend to need fairly bright light to bloom. Some protection from the blazing noonday summer sun is needed (that's when they got toasted), but certainly much more light than a Phal.
