Epson salts - recommended concentration

Does anyone knows the best/safe concentration?

A few years ago I made the calculations but I can't find it.
I believe I used to water with 5 ml (powder volume) per 2 liters of water.

Ok, I found 2 kg/1000 liters as a recommended dosage => 2 g / l

1 cc = approx. 1 ml

density = 1.68 g/cm3 (heptahydrate - MgSO4·7H2O)

So, 2 g / l equals approx. 1,19 ml of salt per liter.
