All my orchids are in a south facing window. One other one that shows the same damage is more protected tho. The pot is an "orchid" pot with side slits and bottom holes but I do have it sitting in a clay pot with bottom drainage. Is this okay? It'snot a tight fit, there is room around it. The air roots are very healthy and it has 3 bloom stems in various stages. It has a lot of air roots and foliage but the leaves are not real rigid. It is potted in a bark medium, not packed. The roots that are visible inside the pot don't look green but brown and really crowded. This one plant I didn't re-pot because of the flower stems. I didn't want to disturb them.
Thank you both for your replies!
