First Orchid, Some Yellowing Need Advice?

Hello! I recently got my first Paphiopedilum but I noticed some yellowing, should I be concerned?

I usually let it soak in some water after 3-4 days, gets a moderate amount of light from my desk while avoiding the window. However Chicago temperature tends to be cold and dry so I have a small humidifier running. Nursery also told me to keep the sphagnum moss moist.

I appreciate any advice!
