From what I've learned, phals bloom in fall and winter. Shorter days, cooler temps. Seems to be correct as all 4 of mine are currently blooming.
Do they (phals) produce kekeis during the bloom cycle? I understand there are exceptions to the rule, but..... generally?

Form what I have learned so far keiki could be produced at any time, it may be a sign that something is wrong with a plant. Most orchids never produce any, some are prone to making them. Are you sure that a root system of your orchid is in a good shape?
