Definitely Fran! I hadn't grown vanilla orchid before - and didn't know that they get long quite quickly like that, and didn't know that they use their aerial roots to latch and glue themselves onto surfaces! It looks like a pole would allow them to grow up the pole. Otherwise, they'll latch onto what they can find, and keeps spreading. I didn't know what I was getting myself into hahaha. I should have ordered just 1 juvenile plant haha.
