Transplanted cattleya does not activate

A month and a half ago, I transplanted four cattleyas, one reacted well, two yellowed leaves but they are growing roots, and the last one seems to be yellowing leaves, it has not developed roots, it remains as if it had stopped in time. The new roots stayed that way. What to do? Should I continue watering it?
