Can anyone tell me if this is a keiki? It's coming off of an established stem and looks as it if has it's own roots. Thank you!!

That is a Keiki! It looks like it is about ready to be separated and potted up.

Thank you, I’m so excited! I had never even heard the word “keiki” until a few weeks ago😊. Now I need to research exactly how to separate the baby

To remove it, just give a little twist - it will probably come off very easily.
