Help!

Hi,

I’m new to orchid growing, I am wondering whether anyone can help me with why my orchids leaves are turning yellow.
It lost its flowers after about 8 weeks (which I believe is normal) and is now about 5 months old.
I’ve just been away for 2 weeks and come back to it looking like this. Is there anything wrong with my orchid?

I suggest:

1) Reading the phal abuse ends here thread.
2) Leaves look OK, can't see the roots. Lower leaves will die naturally.
3) I'd trim the spike and consider repotting if you don't know about the medium.
4) I'd recommend not using the decorative pot and making sure you get enough airflow.
