A squatter!

This is more of I thought it was cute and wanted to share than an actual question but if I’m missing some hidden danger let me know

I found this guy hiding in my orchid. I think it got in when I opened the screen door to sweep the floor. It does not seem to have harmed the orchid any - it’s in a pretty solid phal and is kind of cute.
