New to orchids. Is or will this be a bloom?

The photos appear to be relatively small, so can't zoom in to see clearly. But they do appear to be flower spikes.

Maintain good air circulation, maintain your regular watering routine. Don't change your routine or position of the orchid (which it is originally growing) or growing conditions.

That is - don't do anything out of the ordinary, so that the flower spikes can keep developing without any negative impact on the flower developing process.

I'm assuming you are talking about the leaves dangling up in the air above the main plant. What you have are some Keikis, which are smaller plantlets growing off of the old flower spike. They are fairly common on Phalaenopsis, and you can cut them off and pot them once they have some roots.

It is hard to tell from that pictures, but I think there are flower spikes growing from keikis.
