orchidlauren. From the looks of that photo ----- that orchid - as it appears - has a fair chance of being recoverable. But as usual - only time will tell, and depends on what we do right now to make the most of attempts to save it.
Just pop it in some suitable size growing media - eg. scoria (5 to 10 mm diameter), OR maybe 10 to 20 mm orchid-quality bark (and pre-wet the bark in advance in a bucket or pot before potting). Good size drainage holes in the bottom of the pot (eg. black plastic pot).
Then just put the plant in a spot with gentle air-movement, and medium light level. It has a chance to recover if it's not rotting. If any rotting is detected, then application of a systematic fungicide would be beneficial - just in case.
Find a spot (if possible) where this orchid can just grow without needing to move it around. A spot that has relatively good lighting, and good air circulation, and comfortable temperature.
