Hello Markeymark, and welcome! Your plant is actually two plants put together in one pot. They are healthy Phalaenopsis orchids. There is a long thread about caring for this genus, which I suggest you browse: The Phal abuse ends here.

It is normal for flowers to drop after plants are moved or just after some time. You have no way of knowing how long it has been in bloom, but phal blooms do last a long time, months occasionally if they are happy. So enjoy them while they last, and then be prepared to repot (and separate) the plants and provide the best culture you can, so you will get more blooms to enjoy!

Oh, this will be an interesting case. As fishmom said there are 2 plants. I wouls advise to seprarte them in the future. The hardest thing i see here is how to water, that pot they sit in does not have drainage holes. Than whole composition could be sitting in an inner plactic pot, or 2, covered with moss on top, or probably all roots just covered with moss. Make sure you do not overwater it. See if you can lift the moss from top to peak inside. Meanwhile read the forum, there are tons of information on proper care.
