Lazy encyclias will not bloom

My encyclias prismatocarpa and encyclias Joseph Roman x cordigera will not bloom. They are both mature plants with several pseudobulbs and they were outside all summer in northern Ohio in indirect light hanging very near my encyclia tampensis. X alata which always blooms in June. They were watered and fertilized twice during the summer and have several new growths and look very healthy. Any suggestions
