New leaves growing from top of stem
Hello! My orchid is growing new leaves from the top of the stem! It seems so strange. Is this normal? What should I do?

This is called a keiki and yes, it is relatively normal with phaleanopsis. Wait until it has several roots three inches or longer, then it can be removed and potted up on its own.
