It appears to be a D. nobile hybrid, and you're doing a nice job of growing it.
I am not a dendrobium grower, but can offer some general advice:
I'm assuming the #1 need is repotting, and it may (stressing the "may") be possible to divide it and get new plants. If those old canes are still turgid and green, they are still photosynthesizing and storing water, nutrition and energy for the colony, so you don't want to remove them.
It appears you have two new growths progressing on the right side.If they are growing from different earlier growths, you might consider dividing the plant in two, with each division consisting of a single new growth and 2-, 3-, or more old growths. personally, I wouldn't make a division smaller than that, so if that scenario isn't possible, you might leave the "front" together, and separate 3 or 4 of the oldest growths as a unit, and hope it has some viable "eyes" that can sprout new growth.
