Weird Bump on stem

Hi all,
As the title states, there’s an odd, slightly darker colored bump on my Phal’s stem. Can anyone please help with identifying what this could be? Also, not sure why the picture is oriented oddly, but the right side is the roots and medium, left is the stem with bump in question. I’m pretty new to orchids so apologies if my terminology isn’t correct!

I don't see nothing wrong with it. It may be a new root starting point.
