It looks very healthy and 3 to 4 hours should be enough light, how low does the temperature go at night?

your night temp. might need to go lower, optimum is 10 degrees fahrenheit difference between night and day

It might start a spike in a few weeks or it might not, with such a large plant like that I would think it would be blooming all the time.

High nitrogen fertilizer will also prevent it from blooming ..

I heard that B. nodosa grow at the see side and are sprayed with saltwater. One grower claimed that a spray of saltwater should help!??
Nothing I have tried myself , and it should be tested on a smaller plant before you try it on this superb plant.

Personally, I don't think the nighttime temperature is playing a role, as they can come from areas that rarely get as "cool" as 25°C.

The most common non-flowering reasons are lack of light (that doesn't seem to apply), lack of nutrition, but the sheer number of nice, tight growths suggest that's not an issue, and as Dorothy said, too much nitrogen.

Tell us about your feeding regimen - how frequently, what formula, and at what mixing ratio.
