In nature, B. nodosa gets LOTS of water during active growth, but then endures slight drought conditions.

I grow mine outdoors all summer, then in winter I bring it in an give it a definite rest. Sometimes I'll see the little bloom sheaths forming in late summer - fall. Once I see this I start reducing water and fertilizer. It is in full bloom every December.

I never altered my N-P-K ratios, just reduced water and fertilizer as a whole. I think a dry rest may do the trick.

Eh vinseah.. from GCS are you?

Never bloomed mine, but nodosa doesn't need a great night temp reduction, maybe you can reduce watering and fertilising.

My night temps do not drop too much because I bring it inside for the winter. The light is decreased when I bring it in, but I don't think it likes the lower light as much.

I have no choice but to give my 'Little Star' lower light, hence it can't bloom.

Maybe you should try to vary the day/night period by keeping the plant in the dark at night, could be a factor.
