St. Augustine Orchid Society - North Florida Orchid Growing

That would be a great source of information, and you might look into joining their society. You can learn a lot and meet others who share your interest in orchids.

Orchid shows are a good place to buy plants. It looks like you just missed the Jacksonville show a couple of weekends ago, but I'm sure Florida has others coming up.

I'm sure Florida also has numerous orchid greenhouses. Hopefully, others who live more in your geographical area will chime in with some suggestions.
