I picked up a few small Rhyncholaeliocattleya (I知 assuming this is what Rlc. stands for) to try out. A couple are in packed sphagnum. I知 assuming these need Cattleya type care. I知 thinking of removing them from the plastic pot and popping them (moss and all) in clay, watering when the moss gets crispy, and repotting into bark when roots start growing. Is this the best course of action for these? The pots are opaque so I have no idea what痴 going on inside.

Sounds good to me. You're right, wait for roots before transitioning to bark.
