what is my paph doing? dying?

my paph has been sitting doing nothing for months. It rebloomed, sprouted up from the base, and then the older leaves died. The new growth from the base got to this size and then stopped growing. Is it dormant? Is it unhappy?

nevermind guys i just unpotted it and all the roots are dead. :-| its in my hospital tank now if it feels like saving itself

Familiarize yourself with potting medium for paphs. Can be bought premade or you can mix some up with a few ingredients. And read what you can about paph cuture.
