In search of a Phragmipedium besseae
Hi all!
I'm new to this forum, but not to cultivating orchids. For a while now I have been trying to find a Phrag. besseae, but all I can find are crosses. Any idea why? If anyone has a division to spare, I would love to purchase one!

Welcome to the Orchid Board!
Ecuagenera bare root plants are usually large and healthy. I don't have Phrag. besseae but I do have some Phrag. hybrids from them.

Try Fox Valley Orchids. They're showing besseae available.

Hello.
Buy Orchids and Orchid Supplies - OrchidWeb
is showing hybrids on their site but perhaps give a call.

Got it, thanks for all the suggestions!
I have purchased from Ecuagenera before, so I might give them a try again, but I'll also be looking at the other vendors that were recommended
