AQPlus subscription question - Orchid Board

Hi everyone,

I know I can wait until Monday but I thought y'all might know the answer. With the new AOS website format I can't seem to figure out how to subscribe to AQPlus.

Anyone happen to know? Thanks!

Hi Everyone,

I figured out how to get AQPlus. There was an error on the website.

Now I have another question on a Friday night...and they are closed.

What is the difference between AQ Plus Online version and the Offline version? I thought they were discontinuing the discs??

Is it a download to work offline maybe?

My understanding was that it would only be online.

The new AOS program that replaces the old AQPlus is called Orchids Plus. It is online but beware it is useful but not yet completely activated. A lot of the included search functions do not yet function and the award content is not up to date with the current (and last) AqPlus disk.

In addition to the on line version there will be a disk that can be installed on a local drive to allow judging when no internet connection is available. The advantage of the on line version is that it is continually updated.

I have used the on line version when WiFi was not available over my tethered 3G iphone. Unfortunately 3G is maddeningly slow for data. I hope when 4G networks are more widespread that it will be fast enough to prevent falling asleep. Meanwhile the disk version will be used widely.
