Default Bulldog Paph, nice foliage, no bloom?

I was wondering if someone can give me some insight on my Bulldog Paph. I got this paph one year ago while in bloom. It has since grown one large new fan and has 2 smaller fans growing in. There is something in the middle of the large fan that I had hoped was the start of a flower spike but it has remained just this little nub, about the same size for over 2 months. Is this a flower spike and if so why is it not growing in? What am I doing wrong? I am pleased with the foliage growth and appearance, so I don't understand why I'm not getting a bloom. I have it in a south window with a sheer curtain but my climate is cold this time of year. Maybe it's too cold by the window?? Please see attached pictures. Thank you for any help.

I have a couple I acquired in bloom last year too at about the same stage in growth. No flowers for me either yet, but my fingers are crossed for spring.

In Paphs, buds are initiated by cool nights (15+ deg F day/night temperature difference), typically in September. Then it takes 5-6 months for the bud to form, rise out of the fan and finally open. In some plant you can see the bud quite early in the process, but you can't accelerate the time line.
