Hello everyone,
I would like to ask what is this pea-sized growth on my phalaeonopsis. I have tried researching online but I cant find any resources about it.
Thank you
The growth node slowed down considerably ever since it got colder. As far as size is concerned it remained relatively the same although now new structures have formed and instead of a lump of mass... it appears to have several distinguishing form.
It looks like an ingrown spike to me. I don't think there is much you can do for this one. Is it causing damage to the base of the plant? You might razor it off to relieve pressure.
