I don't even have a greenhouse so can't advise, but back in a foggy corner of my brain I think I recall some old thread(s) about it. I'll see if I find them.

A very low tech thought: we hooked up a floor fan with tubing and emmitters, put an RV water filter inline. Not pretty but it worked great.

Mist King systems are really intended to be used in smaller enclosures. Buying one to replace the JayBird fogger will cost more than the replacement parts.
FWIW, I have heard great reviews about this ultrasonic fogger. It's more money, but looks to be an excellent machine. If I was in the market, I'd probably go this way.

I really want an overhead mist system that I can trust to keep humidity stable in the gh….it was so very hot in texas last week, I was running in to water the floor and manually spray water on the walls and leaves...the evap cooler was at full bore, and the exhaust fan (24") was keeping the temp down, but with the 'wind tunnel' effect it pulled out all the humidity.....both of us are looking at some yucky surgery real soon, and it has to be self contained for several days at a time....I have been thinking of a mist system for over a year now, and its time to do it!

How have you got the ventilation set up?
Describe the evaporative cooler and its installation. The idea is that the exhaust fan should draw 100% of the air entering the GH through the cooler, where it will be cooled and humidified.
If that's ineffective, it's either undersized for the structure, or you need some Aluminet!

People here in Arizona use standard PVC landscape sprayers aimed at the floor, on a timer to go off several times a day and keep the floor wet.
