How do I encourage new roots on Vanda? Male

Yes, I used KelpMax on deflasked orchid seedlings. I would do it again. The most important factor for any plant to survive a move from a very high-humidity environment to a lower-humidity environment is formation of new roots to take up the increased water needed.

Ray also sells Inocucor, a mixture of beneficial microorganisms. I treated my seedlings with this, as well, to ward off harmful microorganisms.
