I've had this neo on the wish list for a long time. Whenever I ask other neo nuts they can't provide a very specific answer.

Welcome to tbe Orchid Board!

I don't know about this cultivar being any more difficult to grow than the others. I hope some of the Neofinetia growers will contribute information.

What type of leaves does it have?

Some of the bean leaf neos are merely slower growers than others and there are a few pine needle leafed ones that take a great number of growths before they will flower. Most of them do prefer a winter 'rest' where they have cooler temperatures and do not get fertilized.

In what way are you finding it difficult?

Like Leafmite, I find bean leafs very slow. Variegated leafs also.

Getting the light right for variegated and high anthrocyanin leaves might be an issue.

What issues are you encountering?
