I wonder if there would be any benefit or harm in using all of them all of time...
I imagine it would be expensive.

you could pull out some of your stock solution and add the hormones into a small container 1/2 gallon or so (based on how much stock solution you use each time) and drop the Dosatron feeder line into that container. That way you can still use the hormone and not have much if any waste.

I'm thinking of using several small containers (for the four different solutions so it will be fresh each time) and trying this to see how practical it is.

one ounce of superthrive per quart of stock solution with a 1:100 setting on the Dosatron.
Does this sound right?

Also does Dyna-gro Protekt play a role in your regular supplements?

OK so i took some pics of how i did the bagging for those who asked... here we go

So this is how i bag my big divisions. I fold a papertowel and get it damp with the same solution i let the plant sit in for a few hours. Then put the lower half of the chid in the bag making sure the towel does not touch the plant. I use a rubber band to keep the bag in place, then i put the other bag over the top and fold and then use another rubberband. Make sure you leave enough space in the lower half for the roots to fill up Keep the plant in a warm shady area.

The last pic is a seedling thats been in a bag for 2 weeks, nice roots aye

Oh and here is my oncidium that should be dead, it has roots like crazy now!! The bulbs are fat and so healthy looking

I water with ST every other week and i also mist the roots with ST solution every other day

Misting with ST seems like a great idea... do you have fertilizer in the misting water as well?

I bet my bulbo's would like it.

Since i fertilize fairly often , every 5-7 days, i don't add fert to the spritzing mixture, just the ST and all the chids love it!

Try to find the very large 5 gallon ziplock bags... it makes it even easier.
They have handles on the top edge so you can hang up several in the same area.
