I do most every spring I had always planned to settle down there with my parents, cousins, sister, etc. but now with Grandkids up here, my wife says we stay. Oh well - it's only another 4 months till greenup.

Ross, you go to FL in the spring???? I take it you're not a snowbird? I sure as hell would be!! I hate snow for any length of time. I can deal with a few weeks out of the year, but not a whole winter's worth.
